1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 
By accessing our website (www.cozycraft.us) and placing an order with COZY Craft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. 

2. PRODUCTS 
COZY Craft specializes in handcrafted fluffy designer slides and slippers. All items are sold as listed, subject to available inventory. 

Product Variations 
As our items are handcrafted, slight variations in design, texture, color, or placement are normal and expected. These small differences make each piece unique. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or lighting conditions. 

No Custom Orders 
At this time, COZY Craft does not accept custom orders. 

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT 
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Diners Club. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. 

The total amount charged to you will include the product price plus applicable shipping fees and taxes, all of which are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. 

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. COZY Craft reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS 
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter processing. Once an order has been moved to process or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at cozycraftbyzbm@gmail.com or +1 (347)-228-2308. 

5. SHIPPING 
Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed on the same business day; orders placed after this time begin processing the following business day. 

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatching, for a total estimated delivery of 8–11 business days. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. 

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. COZY Craft is not liable for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS 
Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, Size-related returns are accepted only if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns for worn or used items are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged. 

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only accepted in the following cases: 
•    The item arrived damaged 
•    The item has a manufacturing defect 
•    The wrong item was shipped to you 

If your order falls into one of the above categories, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cozycraftbyzbm@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim within 2–3 business days and offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method. COZY Craft will cover return shipping costs for eligible claims.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS 
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cozycraftbyzbm@gmail.com. 
Please include the following in your message: 
•    Your order number 
•    Clear photos of the item and its packaging 
•    A brief description of the issue 
We will review your claim within 2–3 business days and offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method depending on the situation. COZY Craft will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. 

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, COZY Craft is not liable for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend: 
•    Checking with neighbours or your building office 
•    Contacting the shipping carrier directly 
•    Filing a claim with the carrier if available 
If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit before delivery, please contact us at cozycraftbyzbm@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

9. PRIVACY POLICY 
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect information such as your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your orders. 

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your order (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors) or as required by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
COZY Craft’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

11. GOVERNING LAW 
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey. 

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS 
COZY Craft reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
