Shipping policy

All COZY Craft items are carefully prepared and packaged before shipping.
• Processing Time: 3 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST begin processing the following business day
Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
SHIPPING DESTINATION
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES
• Shipping/Transit Time: 5–8 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–11 Business Days
While we strive to meet these timelines, shipping times are estimated and may vary based on the carrier.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at cozycraftbyzbm@gmail.com or +1 (347)-228-2308.
If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will do our best to help you track it down, though we cannot guarantee a replacement.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is lost by the carrier during transit, please contact us at cozycraftbyzbm@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in locating your items or arranging a replacement.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, COZY Craft is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend:
• Checking with neighbours or your building office
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly
• Filing a claim with the carrier if available
