GENERAL POLICY
At COZY Craft, we are committed to providing high-quality fluffy designer slides and slippers. Due to the nature of our footwear products and for hygiene and health safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy with specific exceptions outlined below.
RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, items that have been worn, used, or tried on beyond initial inspection cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Returns are NOT accepted for the following reasons:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse on worn or used items
• Size issues are eligible for return only if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
• Color or style preference changes after use
• Normal wear and tear after use
• Products that have been worn or used beyond initial inspection
This policy exists to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers, as our slippers are footwear products intended for direct contact with skin.
EXCEPTIONS – DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will accept returns and provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:
1. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
• Broken or detached straps
• Sole separation or material defects
• Defective stitching that affects product integrity
• Any manufacturing flaw present upon delivery
2. DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
• Products damaged during transit
• Items received in crushed, torn, or unusable condition
• Packaging damage that affects the product itself
3. WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
• Incorrect color sent
• Wrong size delivered
• Different product from the one ordered
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect slippers, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

• Include your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a description of the issue
We will review your claim within 2–3 business days and provide instructions for the return if approved.
RETURN METHOD
All approved returns must be sent by mail to the address below. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label (for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items). Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item before mailing it back.

REFUND PROCESS
For approved returns:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost if the same product is in stock
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
• COZY Craft will cover return shipping costs for defective/damaged items or our shipping errors
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for any approved return.
Return Shipping Fees for Unworn/Unused Returns (Non-Defective): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returns of unworn, unused items in original packaging where the reason is not a defect, damage, or shipping error.
ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Maximum Order Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within a maximum of 3 business days from the order cut-off time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
PROOF OF DEFECT REQUIRED
To process returns for defective or damaged items, you must provide:
• Clear photos showing the defect or damage
• Photos of the packaging (if claiming shipping damage)
• Description of the issue
• Order number and date of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Products that have been worn or used (other than initial try-on for inspection)
• Items returned without prior written authorization from COZY Craft
• Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper care
• Items reported outside of the 7-day return reporting window
HYGIENE AND SAFETY
For the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns of slippers that show signs of wear or use beyond initial inspection. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
